Question

my corgi keeps getting bumps on his nose which leave him without pigmentation when they bust. his nose is getting red, especially around the nostrils. can you help please?!

Already Tried:
aloe vera, preparation h, and neosporin. he has gone to the vet and all he told me was that he would have to inject dye into his nose if this kept on.

There are a few possibilities as to what could be going on with your boy. The first is if he has a skin infection. In this region it takes about a 4-6 week course of antibiotics to clear this up. I would also suggest you add fish oil to his diet, you can pick this or essential fatty acids up at your vets office. If this doesn't improve then I would suggest you have a nose biopsy done to rule out any immune mediated skin problems such as lupus. I hope this helps!
