i am 35 weeks pregnant, just been to the toilet and noticed a jelly like discharge (like snot) is this normal?

Can you please clarify the following:

How big was the discharge approximately?
Did it happen anytime earlier in the recent past?
Are you having any cramps in the lower abdomen?
Can you feel the baby movements and are they increased/decreased or normal as they were?
Is it a twin?
How long back did you get your antenatal check up done?
Do you have any family history of early births?
Are you otherwise feeling normal?
