Hi Abgreen,
Your cat sounds pretty sick to me. If she is having difficulty breathing and you can hear abnormal breathing sounds, she may have an infection, and need antibiotics. Is she eating at all? Cats that stop eating are telling us the only way they can that they are not feeling good. I think she should be examined by a veterinarian as soon as possible. If she has an infection, without antibiotics she could get pneumonia, and that would be very serious. In the meantime, you should continue to encourage her to drink liquids like water, broth, or Pedialyte. You can put a single drop of children's nose drops, like Afrin, on her nose to let a little run into each nostril. This should be done only once or twice a day. You can also put nasal saline drops in her nose the same way. It would be good if you could take her temperature; if it is 103F or higher, she needs medical attention. Hope this helps, Rebecca
