May I know why you have been on Reglan for 5 months?
Since when are you having diarrhea?
How many episodes of diarrhea per day? Large quantity or small quantity stools?
Any blood or mucus in it?
Is the urine output adequate?
Drowsiness?
Hypothyroidism itself may cause cold intolerance and even chills.
But constipation and not diarrhea is a feature of hypothyrodism.
Other causes include decreased blood glucose level, anemia, infections, stress, anxiety, cold environement and elderly age.
I would suggest that you get medical attention though this could be normal also. (the reason being you are a hypothryoid / gastroparesis patient and now you are having diarrhea which is not expected with these consditions normally)
