I couldn’t find the right place to post this but I guess this would be better than other place.

I need to know the chances I have for male infertility with 0 sperm count. Does yoga would help?

The problem occurs to my friend and I was curious to help him, I will try to get it from him but till then he told me that every thing is normal, quantity..... Except the count and the laboratory's told him that it should have been above or around 60,000 but his is O, is it possible? He is planning to make a check up in Bangkok so I'll give you the right diagnosis report but till then what do you think according to this?

Hi
If it is only the motile sperm that is '0', there are chances of having kids.
The motility of sperm may be improved with L-carnitine supplements twice daily. It also improves the total count. The effect may be seen only after a couple of weeks.
Vitamin E and Zinc supplements may be added to further improve the effect.

The second option available is invitro fertilization wherein egg and sperm are fused outside and placed in the womb.

Invitro fertilization ? Can this thing work in any infertility factor? Do they take some sperm cells from some one else?

If viable sperm is available IVF can be done. Sperm could be taken from the same person or from some other donor.

I already accepted your answer but one last thing; can you tell me what analyses he should make? I know he can get the right treatment in Bangkok but before spending to much money let me advice him to go to a clinic and try the analyses and I'll post it to you is that OK?
