Thank you for the information,

From your history it appears you have tendency to have excessive gas in intestines,

This can come from several factors,

Aerophagia or excessive swallowing of gas,
Due to some foods like excessive fiber, beans , cabbage etc,
Lactose intolerance ,
Malabsorption ,
Irritable bowel ,
Acid peptic diseases etc,

Try to see whether any food is causing any problem by cutting down on it .
Try to relax .
Walk for 10-15 minutes after meals,
Avoid chewing gums etc.
Your doctor has started anti acid preparations, which should also help.

If these simple measures do not help then you can consult a gastroenterologist.

I hope this information will help.

Please ask if you need any clarification.

Best wishes.
