Hello,
I do apologize for a delayed answer.
Generally the metastatic melanoma in brain do not has a good prognosis.
As alone if left untreated they has median survival time of 4.1 months.Taking a treatment modallity with surgery & post operative radiotherapy increases the survival time to 8-9 months while a surgery alone increases to about 8.7 months.
