My employer hasn't got my w-2s back yet, but I can't get to them on our website. Is there another website I can pull them up on?

There is no central repository of W2s available for public access (eventually, they'll all be submitted to the IRS, but they won't be available that way to you for some time). I believe that some larger employers make the information available to certain online tax preparation sites (with appropriate privacy safeguards), but it's unlikely they'd have it before you get your W2 yourself. In any case, the only way to find out about such an arrangement would be to contact your HR department--they would know if it's in place.

Your employer must provide the W2 by January 31, so you have a maximum of two weeks to wait anyway...
