i keep having problems with my ignition switch. now my car stopped and no nothing while idling in m drivway.

2004 CHEVY TRAILBLAZER i t did a poterquise 2 yrs. ago ignition then. yesterday the speedometer wasn't working right. either. the car was idking this afternoon and when i went out after 10 min. warming it up it had quit running now thw ingine won't turn over and no notihng when i turn the ignition on just service engine soon on dash/

It sounds like your altinater went out and you've lost all power from the battery.
You can pull the alternater off and take to your local parts house and have it checked or put a good charge on the battery and take to the nearest repair shop and have them check it,but it does sound like your altinateer.
