I have an old MOR-SUN JMT-1 gas furnace. the burner comes on and heats the chamber but when the fan engages the burner turns off. Have check the limit and fan controls OK. Replaced thermostat. Believe gas valve bad???

Sounds like you check every thing but the gas valve but did you short thermostat R and W this will be sure its not a Thermostat Problem and if the gas valve still has power but drops out you found your problem

I did short the R ans W on the thermo. Thanks all I need is to find a gas valve that is like mine Honeywell V80A6DJAX2
