My heater works fine all day until the temp dips into the low

My heater works fine all day until the temp dips into the low 30's at night. At that point it continues to try and kick on, but shuts off just before starting to blow hot air. After trying a few times it completely stops. It got down to 62 in my house, yet the theremostat was set at 67 and the heat would not come on.

If this is the case, why would the heater work much of the time but only give me problems when it is very cold?

OK. I'm trying to "accept" but can't locate the "accept key". Where is it?
