What usually works the best is for-bid. You can buy it in pet stores or online pet retailers. It is little packets of stuff that you sprinkle on the food that makes the stool unappealing to them. In this case you will have to feed it to both dogs for it to work. Most people do it for about 2 weeks to break the habit.
