I would suggest contacting your local grocery. Go to the meat department and talk to the butcher. Most of the time, they can get this type of special request or order them for you from their supplier. Since the majority of turkeys come with their gizzards and livers packed inside, this will probably need to be a special order. I have no doubt that if you go to a local butcher shop OR a larger grocery that carries a nice selection of meat, that you will be able to get gizzards there.
Please let me know if i can help further.
This is not a helpful answer. I did my homework -- for the last two years-- before resorting to your service.
I was previously able to purchase approx. 20 oz. containers of turkey gizzards (and of turkey hearts, and of turkey livers, separately) from Plainville Farms, which raises turkeys. When they sold their business (which is still extant), they closed the retail store and ceased selling the gizzards, hearts, and livers separately from the turkeys.
Subsequently, I investigated every grocery store, large chain to small independent, locally, in addition to the few butcher shops remaining.
Your answer insults my intelligence.
I live in Central New York. Syracuse, Rochester, and Ithaca roughly define a reasonable triangle of one-hour travel time. I would travel as far as Utica, Binghamton and Corning if need be.
If I have to drive a long way, I would stock up on the turkey gizzards/hearts/livers if they are available in quantity.
At none of the local/chain groceries/butchers was I able to buy so much as one extra gizzard/heart/liver. The local turkey breeder (McDonald's Farm) informed me (in two different years) that they include the giblets inside every turkey; consequently, there are no "extras."
I did find a possible option for you. Cargill Foodservice is part of the Honeysuckle White turkey producers. They do have a contact for bulk commodities as far as turkeys are concerned. Here is the link - http://www.cargillfoodservice.com/products_turkey_bulk.html - if they have a local contact or are able to ship frozen, that may be all you need. I will continue researching.
