two ways to do it

Take the lid off, remove the front panel seal retaining ring, peel off the door seal and remove, remove the dispenser drawer, remove any screws that were hidden by the drawer. Look on the sides of the facia for screws, if any, remove them, if none you'll see some snap together plastic catches, carefully release these and do the same along the facia until it pops off, remove the hidden front panel screw. Remove the screws at the bottom of the front panel, You can now put the front panel to the side of the machine and fit the seal easily.

second option,

If you find that your front panel doesn't come off, or you don't want to take it off, you can try to refit through the porthole. First remove the seal from the front panel, remove the fit to the tub, then put the new seal to the tub first, put the retainer ring, fit the seal to front panel fit the retaining ring.
