Basically, I agree that you have a sinus infection that may be either viral or bacterial. The viral sinusitis is the most common but typically doesn't last this long or result in the dental pain you mentioned. Those signs help point to more of a bacterial cause (or both) but you are on the right antibiotic for that. Additionally, the research shows that some nasal sprays would be the most helpful for you right now. Flonase is a nasal steroid and it will help open up your nasal passages so you can breath and should help your sinuses to start to drain properly (and thus help the pain). Another nasal spray, Atrovent, would help dry up all of your secretions (nose and throat) and make you feel a lot better as well. Unfortunately, these both require a prescription but your doctor may be willing to call these into the pharmacy for you. In the meantime you could use Afrin which is over the counter to help with your nasal congestion but don't use it for more than 3-5 days.
