Hi,I am having trouble to capture Video from my Samsung Digital camcorder .Model VP-D361.when I connect Camera with Firewire XP wont see it.Camera working right and I have all XP updates.

First, let me know if you have installed the driver from a CD or update off the Samsung website.

Next, are you running XP Service Pack 3?
