Hi, and thanks for bringing your question to JustAnswer. It sounds like you're connecting to the internet through a wireless connection, and not getting a signal, right? If this is the case, I'll need a little more information.

1. What operating system are you on? (Windows XP, Windows 98, Vista)

2. What brand and model of wireless router are you using?

3. Have you verified that you are, in fact, connecting through your own router (and not a neighbor's network or something)?

If you have issues with #3, I can walk you through figuring out if you're connecting to the right router. Just say so.
