Question
I assummed an existing Bond for deed contract gave original buyer 10,000 took over app. 9 mo into contract. was a 10 year contract Jan was 7 asked Deed holder for pay off. He dated new contract 7mo after original my wife signed yes she trusted he was a lawyer. Now wont reconcille. New contract seems to be in order no notary or anything like that buyer has right to buy out. Now one big problem. seller now presents to me an inventory list that I have never seen before. It was done prior to the original buyer from 1st contract who had posession for 7 mo. I stated this stuff wasnt here when I took over. seller said your responsible. I said How can I be responsible for something I have never seen or signed. If your holding that from original contract then give me origional contract, and I will pay it off. so now they are telling me I have to leave all my new equipment to replace junk or nothing that was their. Help Im being screwed big time.
