Hello and Welcome to justanswer...
To remove the pump involves setting up the timing on the timing chain first - so you need a timing set to do this - to peg up the timing / lock it , so that no engine damage occurs and teh timing is set for when you are ready to start the engine again..
These timing kits can be obtained from car shops or ebay even..
Once all the timing is set - you then need to undo the pipes , wiring etc from the pump and unbolt the pump from the block ( its mountings ) and then remove the chain cog from the pump ( in the timing chain housing) -- you need to be careful and leave the chain on the cog and suspend it with a length of wire to one side so its easily refitted ... then withdraw the pump..
Fitting a new pump is a reversal of removal and of course setting up the timing properly again.
I sincerely hope I have helped you ~ please ask me if you need more help..
