Question
My son was arrested for allegedly selling $35.00 worth pot to CI. They say it happened from our apartment which is 3 miles within a school zone and the projects. They say the transaction was recorded? Do they have a case? And do this evidence have to be proven in court?

Yes, they may have a case if the facts are as you described them to be. If your son pleads guilty, they will not have to prove the case in court. If your son chooses to have a bench or a jury trial, then they will have to prove their case in court.
