Question

I have a condensate tank that is shooting water through the vent pipe that is about 5' above the tank. There are two vertical check valves leading from the pumps to the return line. There are 4 steam traps in the same area, 3 of which were repaced recently. Two lines also in that area (2-24 fl) do not get any heat. What could be the problem?
