I have a 1997 geo prizm that runs fine.However,when i tutn it off i have to let sit a while before it will stat again. 3 diffferent mechanics have tried to repair this problem

Already Tried:
3 different mechanics have tried a number of things that could be responsible for the car to not start after driven for a few minutes. and after you wait about 15 mins it will start.this it's as if something is getting to warm to reactivate the car, so it coulds and then is able to be ran. entire time she cranks but will not catch due to no fire going to the engine

it will try to engage but won't statrt..does not act like not getting voltage..it is losing it's fire till it coolds down

ok car is cooled down turn key and car goes yah yah yah then vroom..

now after driven car for say 15 min/s . I shut off car and try to reestart but car goes yah yah yah..but never gets to vroom vroom.

Okay. When this happens the vehicle needs to be checked to see if it is lacking fuel or spark. There are a number of things that can cause this. It may be a problem with the fuel pump, one of the sensors, or the ignition switch.
