I am thinking of purchasing the Gerber grow up plan for my baby (in addition to a college savings)but wonder if its worth it. Anyone familiar with it?

I'm not familiar with the plan but with a little searching came across this amazingly detailed article on it that explains why you shouldn't use it and suggests interesting alternatives. You can see it here. Let me know if you want to talk more about this. Thanks
