one of my sparkplug wires keep arching outside the rubber connecter on the top of the sparkplug, why

<p>If you are seeing a spark arcing from the outside of the plug wire, this indicates a fault in the insulation at that spot.     This can be due to age deterioration, physical damage, or just a poor quality of material that the wire is made from.</p><p>    there is no reliable way to repair this type of problem; you will need to replace the wire.</p>
