It is a 1999 Lexus ES300

Answer

I ran the codes thought Lexus and Toyota, Codes 1351 and 1354 also known as C1351 and C1354 do not come up for your vehicle.

I did a search for on these codes for all vehicles and found these codes are only used for Hybrid vehicles.

Your vehicle should be setting a two digit code like 26 or a five digit code like C0256 or C1243

The C codes will only have a range of C0200 - C0299 and C1200 - C1299

If you can have it checked out again and reverify what the codes were
