Question

I have a hot water system , in each room of the house there are dial controls on the baseboard , these are numbered 1-5, some rooms are no longer opening I assume becaues the baseboard is not warm, there are no electrical lines to these dials, only what looks like a thermol couple type line, how do i open these manually

I don't think there is manual open on this type of valves you must have lost the gas charge that regulates them open closed

 

 

What make and model are they?

they are honeywell, I was thinking of simply removing the dial and line going to the actual copper pipe, someone said the line might be filled with fluid, and removing it will allow the valve to open
