What this message is telling you is that there is a Javascript error on the page you are trying to view. Many times they cause no problems, but you are possibly having problems with a contact form or some other message form. Depending on the error, your browser may halt execution of any Javascript for that page.

There isn't anything you can do about the error itself, as that page is owned by eBay and would need to be fixed by them. What you can do, however, is to make sure you are using a current version of your internet browser. As new browsers come out, they add new features and new functionality. If a web page tries to use this new functionality and you are using an outdated browser, you might get an error message like you are seeing.   

For Internet Explorer, make sure you are on version 7.

Since you might need to upgrade your browser anyway, I would recommend trying the Firefox web browser instead. Go to http://www.getfirefox.com to download it. The two main advantages of Firefox are that it displays web pages according to the standards set by the World Wide Web Consortium (vs Internet Explorer which does not work as standard and uses Microsofts own proprietary standards) and is much more secure and has less exploits that hackers can use against you than Internet Explorer.

If upgrading your browser does not help you and you still cannot access the page/information you are trying to, then you can try sending an email to XXXXXXX@XXXX.XXX to see if there is anything they can do to fix the problem. If you contact them, you will need to copy and paste the exact URL for the problem page.
