Answer

Thank you for the input.

The dizziness may be due to many reasons. There may be dehydration , loss of fluid or fall or rise of blood pressure . Heart rhythm abnormalities may also lead to the attacks of dizziness or faintness. It may also occur from anxiety or stress or any neurological cause. Atherosclerotic changes in the blood vessels of the brain may lead to the symptoms of dizziness. It can be when you lie down or get up there is any disturbance of blood supply to brain or from stress. Please have a consultation with your doctor as the blood pressure is also running high.

Hope this information will help you.
Wish your early recovery.
Any query, please ask.
Regards.

Is there any specific answer to why if happens when I lie down or back. I just layed back in a recliner and as soon as my head got level I was very dizzy.

Accepted Answer

As you lie down or back there can be any narrowing or decrease of blood vessel diameter supplying the brain reducing its blood supply. This can cause the dizziness.
