1999 gs could use wiring if not a commen problem mitchell diagram is not right

thanks for the help but the wiring diagram does not match the wires on the car the lights are on the corner of the car top stop and tail light- back top high lights work top corner lights have a red wire going to them they do not work

The diagram I provided is for the stop lamps for this vehicle. Either you are looking at the wrong wires or this is not a 1999 model or was not produced for the USA market. The diagram I provided was not from an aftermarket source. The information I provided is what you need to diagnose this circuit if this is not a simple bulb issue.
