Hello,
Not, you cannot completely rid the yard of parvovirus. Now, you can certainly use a dilute bleach solution to clean the hard surfaces, but the best thing for grass is to simply make sure all of the feces from the infected pet have been removed. I would not bleach your entire grass as it will kill the grass and leave a residue on the grass that can be ingested. As long as you have thoroughly cleaned the area and bleached those surfaces which you can safely bleach, that should be sufficient. Any older pets that are fully vaccinted that come into contact with these surfaces should not be of concern.
Hope that helps
Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

With the assistance of one of my colleagues, you can safely spray dirt and grass with a 1:30 dilution of the bleach with water. In addition, do not forget to disinfect shoes, any feeding/watering equipment and bowls, and bedding.
