If your sensitivity to dairy products is from a problem with lactose, then goat or sheep milk products should make very little difference because the lactose content is very similar to cow's milk (4.1% versus 4.7%). If the sensitivity is from casein, that may be a little different. Lactaid provides the enzyme that helps digest lactose which lactose-intolerant people are lacking. I don't quite see how that can become ineffective. It is possible that you need a little more to accomplish the same level of benefit. I would be very careful in trying other dairy products and wouldn't think about it without having medical help available.
