Steps to replace sparkplugs on 2003 530I Sport sedan?

2003 BMW 530I Sport Seda 3.0 Liter 225HP

Already Tried:
I sent off for a Haynes service repair manual.I understand that the sparkplugs are on the passenger side looking from the front of the car.Is that correct? Do I have to pry engine cover plugs off with a screw driver and then the bolts or whatever have to be removed to get the engine cover off.Are there any sparkplug wires on this car and is it just a matter of removing the engine cover and replacing the plugs?I bought some Bosch plugs that are plantinum that do not have to be gaped.

Hi yes remove the engine cover. Remove the 2 little covers small flat head screw driver. Remove the 2 nuts 10mm. remove the cover. Then you have to remove the coils. There are no plug wires. There are 2 types of coils. The first ones bolt done two 10mm head bolts on each one unbolt and remove plug located at bottom. Or the other ones do not bolt just lift lever to remove electrical connector and then pull up coil. Then replace plugs. Thanks mike

Just one more question.Are the sparkplugs under the left engine cover as you look at the windshield from the front bumper? That way I take off the correct engine cover from the start. Thanks again.
