Question

I have a heat pump with a gas emergency back up. The other day, I was awaken to find the outside unit was running but the fan to distribute the heat would not come on. Now, thru much trial and error, I can either get the fan to come on or the outside compressor; however, I can not get them to run at the same time. Also, the way I can change which will run is by opening or closing the circuit on the float device in my drip pan.

install a new capasitor the one where there is 3 set ups

 

fan herm comp

 

and install a supper booster 8 cap boster

it's a nordyne heat pump with propane emergency back up. 5 ton unit.
