hI .PULL THE FRIDGE FROM THE WALL AND LET ME KNOW IF THE COMPRESSOR IS ON, AND CLEAN THE COILS AT THE BACK BY THE COMPRESSOR. THe model # is on the wall inside the fridge

Hi If the compressor is on. Check the fan in the freezer, also see If you have ice on the wall of the freezer.

I don't hear a fan in the freezer. No ice on wall in freezer.

Hi If you dont hear the fan in the freezer then thats your problem. Remove the back wall , And replace the fan motor. This should solve the problem. Please accept. The appliance doc. A positive feed back is Important
