Info Request

Hello XXXXXXXXXX, my name is XXX. XXXX type of equipment is this? I assume you checked breaker/fuse that supplies power to the circuit that this unit is connected to. What is the voltage of this unit? Have you checked power at the element terminals? If you could answer these questions, I will endeavor to help you locate the problem. Bob

XXXXXXXXXX, I can't find any information using that model number. So to drop back to basics is to check to see if you have power to the element during wash cycle, if you do then the element is bad. If you don't then check whatever controls the temperature in your dishwasher to see if it is bad. The temperature may have a separate sensor and that could also be a source of trouble. If you could locate the manufacturer's name plate and see what it shows for a model number, I might be able to find some information on the unit. Bob
