Do you have a speaker button on the center console that when you turn it on( when the speakers are worknig) sounds different (Top HIFI)?
Can I have the last 7 digits of your Vin?
I'm Guessing it's either your radio unit itself(if you don't have the speaker button) or the Top HIFI amplifier if you do. I've seen them both go bad.
Now if it's your radio then you can take it to the dealership and have it sent out for repair. Expect to pay between 150 and 300 if you remove the radio yourself. It's 199 at my dealer here in baltimore.
I can determine the type of equiptment if I have your vin number. Thats why I ask.

The raido showes station and scans fine even take the cd and plays, but I just can't here the music.
No button means broken radio, about 98% of the time. I suggest you take it out yourself and have it repaired by the dealership parts department. Don't feel bad, it happens to others too. Sorry for the bad news, but you saved some money on diagnosis!
