Question

Received a NEW FUF 14svarww Self defosting upright freezer with electronic controls on door on 12/30 (tuesday ) Plugged in and let cool down overnight-all went well. Moved into final position last night and transfered some frozen items to new freezer from the old one--When awaoke this AM both Lights on Electronic Control Door open and Hi-Temp were blinking-the number 4 (factory seeting was no longer showing in window and interior light was not working (had been working) Changed recepatcles (still Blinking) Pushed and Held Alarm Reset for over 3 seconds looked for this condition in ge owners manual (nothing there) unplugged unit for 10 minutes in case something tripped in unit so as to allow it to reset- HELP Please

Board has failed. Call for wty service as unit is new. May or may not keep working as that control is what runs the unit; all depends on what failed in it. If this answered your question then please accept as that is how I am paid. Thanks
