It is likely that you have damaged the control arm and wheel. The strut and tie rod may be damaged also.
You will need to get the vehicle up in the air enough to pull the wheel off and see what is bent. Compare it to the other side if you are not sure.
When all the bent pieces are replaced you will need an alignment which may show more bent pieces that could not be seen with the naked eye. These will have to be straightened and another alignment will have to be done.
If all the damage is not repaired you may have extreeme tire wear, steering problems and handeling issues which may be severe enough to make the car unsafe to be on the road.
