I was a Manager on a salary pay schedule and Have been working with this company for a little over a month, the store is not getting the business that they expected so i have been demoted to a sales rep at 10.oo and hour plus commission. He let me know ON the 31rst over the phone and it took afftect Jan.1, 2009. I am non exempt. Before I was getting a salary pay of 2500.00 per month plus commission.
