Can you help me, my new Bosch washing machine has a problem with the fabric conditioner not going into the washing machine

it is Wae24363, the front panel from left to right is drawer and then two turning dials

 

I have cleaned all the drawer and the space it goes in

Hiya

Take the soap dispenser out of the machine and take it to the sink.

Hold it under the tap and slowly fill the conditioner compartment with water. When it's nearly full it should syphon out. If it doesn't, check the syphon tube in the dispenser is properly in place.

If it syphons ok, then try it with some conditioner in it. If it still syphons ok then the problem lies with the inlet valves on the appliance and as the machine is new you would have to get Bosch out to rectify the problem.
