Question

i am on a J1 visa training in a country club in delray beach. i was told that i will get 40 working hrs per week, accomodation and transport from my house to my working area in my contract. i was also given a training manual which described what we will learn each week. this is what i was told before i came to the united states from India. now let me explain my current situation. since i have started working i have never got 40 working hrs more than twice due to which i dont earn enough money. i have not been given any sort of management training since the past 2.5 months. i am doing the same work like the other people working in the club. i came here to train my self in the management department and not to be cheap labor for the club. the other trainees who are from europe have received a car and i have not.there is a lot more that i would like to mention but i no more typin space left. pl advice me asap!!
