Hello--

I'm sorry your cat isn't well right now. Can you tell me if you are just seeing blood in the stool, or if he is actively bleeding? Is the blood coming from his rectum? Does he go outdoors? How is he acting? Eating/drinking/ using litter pan?

Yes my cat is bleeding from his rectum he does not go out doors at all this just started today I had family for the Holidays and since then he has been acting like the corner of my room is his litter box he has been eating and drinking just fine but then he goes into my room and gets into a corner and trys to go to the bathroom and only blood comes out.

Hello-

PLEASE get your boy into the vet immediately. It sounds very much like he has gotten into something that is causing not only internal bleeding, but is blocking him and not allowing him to deficiate. Don't punish him for trying to go in the corner as he is in pain and not thinking as he should. I would call your vet now and get him in tonite if at all possible.

 

Please let me know how things turn out and what your vet finds.
