Question
I'm renting a home and it's being auction off on Jan. 15th because it's in foreclosure. Do i have to pay the full amount of rent on the 1st or do i pay half and wait until after the auction is over to see who will be the owner. I do have a $2,500 dollar deposit. Does the old landlord have rights to the home after the auction?

While the auction is on January 15, do you happen to know when the lucky bidder will be able to take possession? Is it January 15 or a later date?
