i never had sex but recently i masturbated and some how i dint get my periods for this month do i have a problem

If you are sexually active, then pregnancy is possible. Masturbation would have no affect on your periods. If your period is 2 weeks late, then I would make an appointment with your doctor to have blood drawn for a blood pregnancy test as this is most accurate. Other causes for period abnormalities include stress, weight changes, infection, polyps, cysts, thyroid or hormonal imbalance, just to name a few.

If you haven't had sex including any semen getting near your vaginal opening, then pregnancy is not possible and it could be any of the things I mentioned above. The most common reason is a hormonal imbalance, so you should get your hormone levels checked, along with having a pelvic exam done.
