Accepted Answer

Need lots of info-
For how long?
How do you define swollen?
By sore, I presume you mean tender? Or other pain?
Do you mean inside or outside?
Any discharge?
Any douching?
Use of condoms/rubbers or anything else in the vagina?
any history of infection? Exposure to STDs?

Yes it just started yesterday

And what you would call the lips of my vagina are swollen and seem to have lumps or something of that sort.

Yes its tender but also when I put pressure on my right side of my lower abdominal there is pain.

No discharges

No douching

No use of female condoms or anything else.

I dont have a history of infections

As far as std's I only have one partner but something there is no use of condoms

This could be a contact irritation or allergy to panties or anything else in contact with the area- toilet paper?
Anything new? New soap, laundry detergent; pants; toilet paper or wipes; external deodorants etc.?
Try to wear skirts or dresses only.
Avoid sex.
Try benadryl cream or a cortisone prep. Avoid all contact to this area; clean with p[lain water only & air-dry- no rubbing, touch as little as possible, use cotton balls.
Give iot a few days to clear up.
