Hiya,
Unplug the machine from the wall socket and pull it out.
Drop the drain hose down as low as possible into a wash basin and let gravity drain the water out. Raise the hose up to stop the flow of water. (Even better if you can run the hose out of the door).
Once you've drained as much water as possible out of the machine, put a towel or two in front of it and take out the filter. Remove the debris in the filter and anything that is obstructing the drain pump.
Try the machine again. If still not draining, do the same again, drain it manually and this time you'll have to take the drain pump out. You can lay the machine on it's left side (carefully) to give you easier access to the pump. Check the hoses for blockages and inside the pump too.
Reassemble it, and job is done.
Good luck with your repair.
Thanks
Two ways, multimeter across the terminals, on ohms or kohms, reading of 0 indicates faulty, or take it out of the machine, make up a test lead and bench test it.
Hope this helps.
Sorry, I didn't receive the email yesterday.
No payment came through and it said you had already paid because you were on your other post about the cooker.
So the poor system couldn't cope. LOL.
If you use this one it'll work with no problems.
I'm assuming you managed to get the washing machine done too?
Wishing you a very Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Yep, can't help you with this one so nothing to pay.
No problem, enjoy your weekend / holiday.
