First thing would be to check all the fuses. The fuse box is located on the left side of the dash, if you open the drivers door, on the dash you will find a cover which you can open and check the fuses. More than likely it could be as simple as a fuse, but if all the fuses are good, then the cluster may have failed. We have seen a few of these go bad. Now if you check all the fuses you can try to reboot the system, you do this by disconnecting the battery cables, remove negative first then positive, while they are both off, touch them together, then reconnect negative first then positive. This will cause the system to reboot and may correct itself. Now also you will need your radio code, once you disconnect the battery the radio will need to have the security code to unlock it. I can provide the code for you if you do not have it, but I will require the radio serial number, this will require you to slide the radio out and get the serial number off of it.
