If I give my son a durable power of attorny in Texas and Then I move to his house in Las Vegas NV is it valid

Thanks for your question. The durable power of attorney shoudl be legal in both states here. You can of course modify or end it at any time if you choose here. But you should be fine. You may want to have a local alwyer in Nevada review it and see if it needs updating because of passage of time here. Good luck on the move..
