As this might be hard to prove in court and i am looking to get nothing out of this but still a bad wrist which irritates me to this day and that no x-ray/doctor or a future MRI scan is likely to pick up, I am hoping that i have an unfair dismisle claim as i was relieved from duty because of this case pending...

Answer

Hello, if you have a workers' compensation claim and it was denie you would have to have additional medical information that would relate the injury to your job. This would need to verify with date and time.If there are witnesses to the injury then that would help support your claim. If you have a letter that helps support that your injury is work related then that would help as well. You should consider hiring a WC attorney to help you with this process.
