I am currently 28 + 2 weeks pregnant with mcda twins, i have been getting pains in my vagina, like i have been kicked there, is this a sign of labour starting?

It could be early labour, or it could be something else. Twins (MCDA or otherwise) can deviate from the typical birth timings.The only way of telling is to be examined by your doctor. Please see your obstetrician as soon as you can. If the pain increases or you start bleeding, go to the nearest emergency department.
